How do I restore my premium subscription?

Open the app, go to You → Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and will restore automatically.

Is my data private?

Yes. Bounds is local-first — your decisions, reflections, and body check-ins stay on your device. We never see the content of your personal logs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Bounds does not charge you directly.

The app feels slow or crashes

Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version — we'll look into it.

Can I transfer my data to a new phone?

If you're moving between iPhones, your data transfers automatically via iCloud backup. For cross-platform moves (iOS to Android or vice versa), email us and we'll help you migrate.
